Transfer of property will be done at the BPTP Office by completing all the formalities without any transfer charges.

What are the terms & Conditions pertaining to Registration, Conveyance and Stamp Duty?

The cost of stamp, registration fee & other charges incidental to the registration of the conveyance/sale/transfer deed or any other documents required to be executed and/or registered under the agreement shall be borne by the purchaser.
