Subject to payment of full consideration, other charges will arrange to execute an appropriate conveyance/transfer/sales deed so as to sell, transfer rights, title pertaining to the said flat in favour of buyer. All the related charges shall be borne by the buyer.

Upon completion of the project, we are going to hand over the maintenance of the complex to the Maintenance service provider designated by us. Buyer has to abide all terms & conditions of the maintenance agreement and has to pay all charges as may be raised by the service provider.
