This Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing EOI submission and refund processing

1. The submission of the EOI and any associated payment do not entitle the applicant to seek allotment in the Project. It does not create any legal obligation or entitlement for the Company to allocate any unit or property to the applicant.
2. Allotment in the Project is subject to the execution of the agreement for sale and other necessary sale documents. The Company retains the right to reject the EOI without assigning any reason in the event that the applicant fails to execute such documents.
3. In the event that the EOI is rejected, the Company shall process a refund of the amount received by the Company. The refund will be made within 45 days from the date of rejection. No interest or compensation will be provided along with the amount refunded. The applicant shall have no further claims or recourse against the Company.
4. For payments made digitally, the applicant is required to provide a bank account statement as evidence of the payment, KYC and signature verification from bank.
5. The submission of the EOI and payment is for the sole benefit of the applicant and must comply with all applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with the provisions of the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 1988.
6. Upon acceptance of the EOI, the applicant agrees to execute all required forms and definitive agreements related to the Project as and when required by the Company. The applicant shall abide by all terms and conditions of such agreements.
7. The submission of the EOI is voluntary and made of the applicant's own free will and without any form of coercion or duress from any party.
8. The applicant shall be solely responsible for each payment transaction, whether through his/ her card, net banking, UPI or other such online modes. The applicant will be liable for the losses arising out of any unauthorized transactions occurring through his/her accounts, without any liability of the Company.
